Terri is an incredible ICF/ACC life and leadership coach, distinguished by her expertise in DEI. She has an unwavering commitment to uplifting marginalized communities, advocating for mental well-being, and striving to ensure psychological safety. Her inspiring passion lies in empowering communities of colour with intersecting identities.

With a rich history in the non-profit sector, Terri has spearheaded impactful initiatives, leading efforts in policy restructuring, leveling playing fields, and educating and implementing procedural changes. Her triumphs are evident in her adept ability to secure buy-in and broad support, fostering collaboration from the top down. As a fervent advocate for underrepresented groups, Terri passionately advances the essential principles of diversity, equity, and inclusivity, leaving an indelible mark on the organizations and people she serves.

Terri’s coaching practice extends to the entertainment and coaching industry, where she coaches motion picture executives, senior leaders, performers, fellow coaches, and usually individuals looking for support from someone with similar identities. She is a dedicated workshop facilitator committed to advancing learning and growth in diversity, equity, and inclusion, focusing on neurodiversity.

Terri is also an emerging podcaster, co-hosting a podcast called Neurodivergently Coaching, where she will tackle critical issues in the neurodivergent and coaching industry. Her values are deeply rooted in fairness, authenticity, and self-love, shining through in her coaching practice. Terri uplifts, nurtures inner strength, and fortifies marginalized communities, all with an anti-oppressive lens.

As a Neurospicy Black woman and an Emmy-nominated makeup artist, Terri’s multifaceted background infuses her coaching practice with a unique and beneficial perspective.
