Biography

I am a passionate and enthusiastic coach supporting women, men and youth.

With certifications in Leadership and Life Coaching, as well as Organizational Change Management, I bring over 25 years of experience as a Technology, Change Management, Facilitation and Coaching Professional navigating the corporate world within one of Canada’s largest financial institutes. I am also a collaborator and Facilitator of the Slay Your Inner Critic confidence and self-esteem building program for teens and adults.

Through personalized coaching, I instill essential skills emphasizing the comprehension of your personal brand, proficient resume building, mastering the art of networking, and employing techniques and strategies for confident self-presentation throughout the interview process.

My purpose extends to fostering connections within the BIPOC Youth community to help bridge the gap where access to resources supporting career development, growth and success is lacking or not emphasized.

My approach within the Youth space involves delving into the mindset dynamics, helping individuals recognize how they perceive themselves and are perceived by others impacts their journey. Creating a nurturing space, I guide our youth in understanding how their unique strengths seamlessly translate into qualities highly valued in the professional workspace.

I’m a human being, mother, wife, sister, foodie and avid Rugby enthusiast.
