Holding a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Manitoba, an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University, and an MA in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, Michele brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work.

With over 15 years of experience in the social service sector, Michele has made a significant impact in addressing critical issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, and the creation of solution-focused community programs. From working on the front lines to serving as Director of Programs, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

Michele’s passion for conflict resolution and mediation is evident through her extensive involvement as a trained mediator. She has facilitated organizational mediations and community mediations, contributing to the resolution of conflicts and fostering harmonious relationships.
