Jacqueline St. Kitts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community health and development. She is a dynamic and innovative leader with more than eight years of progressive leadership in community health and over 18 years dedicated to community development.
Her educational foundation was laid at the University of Toronto, where she pursued a double major in Sociology and Women’s Studies, complemented by a minor in Caribbean Studies. Bolstering this academic background, she earned a Masters Certificate in Innovation Leadership and Design Thinking, as well as a certificate in Financial Managerial Accounting from the Schulich School of Business, amplifying her expertise. She completed the Health Leadership Capabilities Framework (LEADS) and her White Belt in Lean Quality Improvement.
Jacqueline is a multi-faceted expert, excelling in proposal writing management, program and project development, and the seamless execution of community initiatives. Her inherent problem-solving insights and exceptional partnership-building skills have been instrumental in her career journey and drive her desire to create collective impact. Her ability to foster collaborative connections consistently enriches any partnership.
Jacqueline is committed to promoting a client-centered approach across all aspects of her work. With substantial experience in guiding Executive Director transitions and overseeing the entire strategic planning process from inception to realization, she embodies the essence of visionary leadership. Leadership and training are integral to her skill set, enabling her to influence and support new leaders in her field. She currently teaches at Geroge Brown College with the School of Work & College Preparation. Her impressive track record is a testament to her ability to drive positive change and deliver tangible outcomes in any endeavour that she is an integral part of.
