Biography
Mahalia Crichlow is the Principal Recruiter and HR Lead at Allium Staffing Solutions.
Mahalia has over 10+ years experience in Recruitment, HR, Training and Development.
She was most recently contracted by an NFP client to lead Recruitment and HR consulting which included projects focused on employee relations, HR investigations, developing equitable hiring practices, formalizing EDI policy on recruitment, selection and the interview process as well as standardizing onboarding protocol and experience.
Mahalia’s educational background includes a certificate in Business Communications from The University of Toronto, School of Continuing Education, Masters coursework, Gender and Race at Work at OISE, University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
