Biography

Founder of PlanIt! Efficiency Solutions Inc., a boutique consultancy in Southern Ontario, Kara provides efficiency products and services to growth-oriented service providers. Using an end-to-end approach, her business focuses on increasing productivity and reduce operating costs by implementing systems, improving processes and uncovering operational gaps.

She has over 20 years project leadership experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors implementing corporate programs focusing on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning and change management.

She an active community advocate and has been an Anti-racism Educator and Facilitator for over 30 years delivering workshops and webinars in Alberta and Ontario. Kara holds a BA in Psychology, and certifications in Project Management, Technical Writing and is completing her certification as a Business Process Architect.
